Shipping is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests, such as gift box, gift wrap, and monogramming. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays to the continental US only. Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at time of order.

* Shipping charges and times may vary by merchandise. Standard shipping is available FREE of additional charge for orders of $100 or more.

** Orders placed after 3:00 pm (EST) Friday will be processed Monday. Shipping charges and times may vary by merchandise. A signature for high value items may be required, and there may be additional charges if more than one delivery attempt is required. This service is not available for some zip codes.

*** Available Monday through Friday only for select zip codes and eligible in-stock merchandise. Holidays are excluded. If there is an unexpected delay, we will make every effort to deliver the order the next business day. A signature and phone number are required. Not available for PO boxes or APO addresses.

Returns:

Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
  • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
  • Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
  • Altered apparel, special orders, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items, and sale merchandise cannot be returned.
  • Planters Exchange reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
  • Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-2 business days at which time you will be issued a credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returning Items by Mail:

We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx and email us the tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.
