HOW TO ENJOY
Body Wash

Use daily as body wash, either directly on skin or in a washcloth
Shampoo

Use as a regular shampoo to wash your hair and beard - it rinses clean and can be used on its own or in combination with a conditioner.
Shave

Use undiluted on beard, head, or body as a shaving gel. Apply directly to damp skin and massage into a thick lather without rinsing, and shave as you normally would in the shower. Re-apply as needed for a second pass.
Beard & Face Wash

Gentle enough to be used directly on your face or beard as a daily face wash. Apply one or two pumps to hands, massage into face and beard, and rinse clean. Follow up with moisturizer or beard oil.

Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are glad to accept returns of most regular priced, saleable merchandise for your choice of a full refund or exchange.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for regular priced items (does not apply to sale items).
- Sale Items and Final Sale itemsare not returnable.
- Please include your packing slip, or receipt or your order number so we can ensure your refund is processed to the form of payment you used to purchase the item(s)
- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
- Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
- Altered apparel, special orders, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items, and sale merchandise cannot be returned.
- Planters Exchange reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
- Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-2 business days at which time you will be issued a credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes (minus the $7 flat rate return shipping if applicable). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
