Handcrafted by our American artisans with full-grain vegetable tanned equestrian leathers, it is built to endure for generations.

Returns:

Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are glad to accept returns of most regular priced, saleable merchandise for your choice of a full refund or exchange.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for regular priced items (does not apply to sale items).
  • Sale Items and Final Sale itemsare not returnable.
  • Please include your packing slip, or receipt or your order number so we can ensure your refund is processed to the form of payment you used to purchase the item(s)
  • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
  • Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
  • Altered apparel, special orders, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items, and sale merchandise cannot be returned.
  • Planters Exchange reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
  • Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-2 business days at which time you will be issued a credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes (minus the $7 flat rate return shipping if applicable). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We offer a $7 flat rate return shipping for eligible returns. If you select this option, the charge will be taken from your eligible refund.

If you prefer to use your own return shipper, please ship your eligible returns to our location below via whatever service you prefer.
